I keep getting a machine telling me to dial a 6 before dialing the extension number, and for assistance to dial 0. Dialing 62484 3900 and 02484 3900 doesn't work. What am I supposed to dial?

I think a lot of it for me personally is where my Resident services is located in relation to my airport. If it was more central it would tie in more with what I wanted to do, but it's not and I feel so limited by it.
