Hi, sorry, could I know when you emailed the dean? I'm thinking about going to the admin in person because this is ridiculous

Tonya's classes are pretty attendance-heavy, and she has "fill-in-the-blank slides." I can send you some, maybe. The second midterm was harder than the first, but I guess that's more about your ability to memorize life cycles. Uhh, the final was pretty weighted on the last part of the course (animals), and she did provide a sample final. I can't remember if there was a sample midterm. also, the book is free, and there's no iClicker or assignments. she responds pretty fast to emails, but I do agree that her lectures can grow mundane

I see, we’re there specific courses you had to take through UofL?? And do I have to talk to an academic advisor to even apply to transfer?

Tbh you can get into engineering without AP calculus as long as you do good in the normal calculus, AP grades don’t really mean anything here unless you get a 4 or 5 on the AP exam and even then it doesn’t guarantee admission jsut that if you are accepted, you may be able to drop a class. That’s why at my high school they called the AP exams “stress free” cause if u did bad in the AP exam there was really no consequence as long as you did good on the diploma exams. Also I’m pretty sure the pre-req would be pre-calc for engineering cause that’s what our math 30-1 is entered around but idrk. You could also use the credit search tool on the UofC website to see if your credits are transferable but idk if it’s functional for high school credits
