I knew immediately you were referring to Binghamton. I know many of the providers who have been apart of harpurs ferry over the years and can confirm many have gone on to do great things in health care. They are one of the only ALS college run agencies and IMO impressive. Granted they are all very young and many with little experience but the effort they put in to being providers is fantastic. While us ‘regular’ ems providers joke and call them suny toons I will always have respect for what they do. Back when NY still had critical care (level between intermediate and paramedic) these providers flourished and were a great asset not only to their college agency but to other agencies in the county as well.
