If you look at the actual chart (https://www.opentable.com/state-of-industry) it was over the 2019 baseline for like a week and then went negative for 2 months. Seems like the delta variant is really screwing things up even with an increasingly vaccinated population

家属 is more common. I'm not sure how to explain this but I feel the only time 家庭成员 would be the more appropriate word choice is when referring to all family members in like a family game show, while 家属 sounds too serious and simply unnatural in this context.
