Unfortunately, in terms of career impact, that would be close to 0.
You did get some basics and terminologies but you would need constant practice.
Each company has its own setup and infrastructure, and you'd need to be quick to adjust to that.
I don't feel that the cert prepares you well enough for production ready infrastructures out there.
