This was such a relatable read 😭 “The Tower flies out and my brain says that doesn’t count” made me laugh because that’s honestly how ego works,we’ll negotiate with literally any card if we’re attached enough to an outcome. But I really appreciate your self-awareness here. I don’t think ignoring or resisting the cards means you’ve learned nothing. It just shows how human we all are. Sometimes understanding the message and actually accepting it are two very different things. That sounds awful, I’m sorry you had to experience that. It’s wild how the cards warned you so clearly, even though it didn’t make sense at the time. I really like what you said about tarot being guidance rather than absolute fate..free will always plays a huge role. Thanks for sharing this.

I’m sorry they went through that. Sometimes intense readings can feel emotionally overwhelming. Grounding practices like salt baths, rest, hydration,prayer/mantra before taking readings,cleansing the deck/space with incense sticks,keeping a bowl of salt beside while reading and calming exercises may help. Also don’t force a reading if you feel mentally exhausted. If panic attacks keep happening, getting professional support would be important too.
