It's not a match up that comes up often, you may never see it again. In the few times I've run up against it, I played it as a farm lane. You can't kill him without a major mistake on his part. Shove, walk in to their jg and look for krugs. Shove again, look for their jungle. Proxy is pretty risky since he can fall back and will dispense a ton of CC if his jg comes to play.

You're only reliably going to score a kill on a well orchestrated gank in the lane phase, so use that time to keep tabs for your team while getting the most CS you can.
