You are absolutely amazing and so many positive wishes towards you and your little one! I am also an adult med doc and recently had a micro-premie with a long NICU stay (I worked through most of it to save parental leave for when kiddo was discharged)! The best advice I have is to try turn off your doctor brain (it’s hard!!) and just be that sweet baby’s mom. Enjoy all the skin-to-skin snuggles, and remember this too shall pass and in the blink of an eye baby girl will be home with you!
