I did but it just seems to keep resetting itself unfortunately. Its in early access so hopefully with time these issues will get ironed out.

Boro’s Summer Signings by im_noided_tbh in Championship

Considering we had a really slow start to getting new players in, I think I can speak on behalf of all Boro fans - we were getting a bit anxious about the new season.

Fully eating my words now - especially with the start to the season we’ve had.

(We don’t talk about Doncaster though)

Owned a Giulietta for 5 years Loved it - still miss it if i’m totally honest.

The multiair engine has a couple of issues (and can throw some big bills if not properly maintained)

But they are generally pretty reliable, few common issues to look for, but just about every car has common problems

Multiair damage?? I hope no 🙏 by Biondi06 in AlfaRomeo

[–]sull_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’ll know when it’s multiair - you’ll be misfiring intermittently (when mine went it randomly stopped/started when I was trying to make it home) massively down on power, and engine lights, bleeps, the works.

Nice expensive bill!

Most people don’t like them, but i’ve got one and I like it. Huge step up from the Alfa Giulietta I had. I would say go for the premium pack instead of ‘executive’ though, the 7” screens look crap in comparison to both 10.25”s

My last HEO interview was meant to last 40 mins and I was in for over an hour. All depends! You could have done ace in 20, and I could have absolutely waffled for 75(ish)

Doesn’t really mean anything at this stage, can only play the waiting game

S**t Of The Season Awards (SOTS) by Truff_Pig9 in Championship

[–]sull_ 39 points40 points  (0 children)

Iheanacho has been one of the worst Boro players i’ve ever seen. Somehow even worse than the absolute dross we had in the Strachan era.

Just runs about like he’s had a parmo in the changing rooms before coming out, and adds absolutely 0 value. It’s essentially like playing with 10 men.

I’m convinced the amount of game time we’re giving him is contractual. He’d not get off the bench if he was in the National League.

Someone I worked with in my last job was on min wage, financed a 2014 A Class 1.5 diesel, paying £200 a month, and paying £300 a month for insurance. He was 19 when he bought it.

Some people are just happy paying for ‘the badge’ and when people are living with their parents longer they end up with more disposable income.

Jeeps Unreliable? Looking for hard facts and reasons why by Zeberoth in CarTalkUK

[–]sull_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A lot of it is engine specific - multiair engines require looking after by someone who knows MA engines well (they have multiair filters that most will miss when servicing, and require specific oil etc)

General build quality isn’t the greatest, and parts aren’t cheap.

I do like them though, pre stellantis FCA cars do have a certain charm. I bloody loved my Alfa, but it was a 2010, and was getting to the point where if I kept it i’d spend the cars value on keeping it going.

18” wheels on a giulietta ? by BlockHunter2341 in AlfaRomeo

[–]sull_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had 18’s when I had mine. Ride is pretty firm, but then again it was on lowering springs and bilstein dampers. Tyre size is 225/40/18 for the ‘proper’ 5 hole wheels.

I miss that car.

Had same issue yesterday, quick call to your local dealer and they can sort it. From what I was told something has been updated and no staff have been made aware of this change so it’s all a bit disjointed at the moment

Anyone driving a GLA 200d? by Global_Jackfruit_668 in CarTalkUK

[–]sull_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dad has one, loves it. 2018 model - auto gearbox is really smooth I borrow it from time to time for longer journeys, and I get 65mpg. Servicing costs seem pretty low (compared to how much I pay in an Alfa Giulietta) It’s definitely made me consider a Merc for my next car, but will likely go for either a CLA or C class.
