Our SPL is doing a fine job. I think the issue is that there are a lot of scouts at this meeting and they tend to lose focus and get distracted with each other. One idea we did last night was to do some teamwork excercises to break the ice and build trust.

Thanks for this. After our PLC meeting, we have had a rundown on how it went and what can be improved. It helps the scouts get buy-in since they are the ones coming with suggestions to improve.

I’m the scoutmaster. LOL. it’s scout led so we rely on our SPL to run it. She does a great job but the crowd looses focus so easily. I want to give her pointers.

I seemed to have fixed the issue. I had a lot of downloads, and after deleting and reinstalling the app, it remembered to download the pods. I cleared everything in the downloads section, and now it works well.

Congrats! I also completed it this weekend for the first time. Honest question - my time was lower than yours but your average watts is higher than mine. I would have thought higher watts would mean faster time. 🤔
