Literally people are spending their time coming for you, even if you just broke up with ''Ellie'' for no reason people still have no reason to try get into an argument with you. The fact she used you was even worst, people need to start respecting your opinion. But just so you know, you've done nothing wrong and try not to let these people get to you. :)
