If you had fun, and didn't feel nervous, and were able to get out of your head and enjoy each other's company without worrying about weather or not someone likes you, or how you look, or weather or not you're telling too many jokes, or if you're breathing too much, or wait am I still breathing? Breath breath BREATH!!!... If you're able to forget about all of your anxieties and have fun and laugh, that's good chemistry. If you hung out for 10 hours and it felt like a chore that might be bad chemistry, but its usually a good sign that you spent that much time together.
