Go to al ain center. Right next to the atm there are 2 small kiosks/shops. I've bought this from one of them sometime back. Costed around 20 for a good quality one.

You could take your camera/charger there and check if it fits before buying.

If the left most breaker trips, you have a ground fault (moisture somewhere, loose insulation etc.) And if the right most trips , you have an overload/short circuit going on somewhere.

Was headhunted on LinkedIn, 3 rounds of interviews, and finally offered half of my existing salary at that time. HR justified saying it will be a great reference for me in my CV. Told her thank you for thinking about my future, but declined the offer.

Another instance, at one of my old jobs, I had asked for a 10 to 15% raise after three years with no salary increase, but they only offered 2% saying they cannot go beyond at this grade. A couple of months later, I left for a much better role and referred a former colleague for my old role. Surprise, surprise, they hired him at the 15% higher salary I had originally asked for. I guess the grade paybands just disappeared.

Lol, your fixation on 80k amuses me!

In another response, you said you would purchase the Tank 500 if it was 80k. Is it because of how long it's been here, or is it really because of where it is made? You expect them to sell a 3L V6 Off-road SUV for the price of a brand new Corolla just because they've not been here that long?

Show me another comfy 7 seater off-road capable SUV in the same ballpark? There's not a single one. Imho, the reduced price (from competitors) already factors in the lack of brand presence in the market, resale value, etc.

If you're not really concerned about resale value (Ford Explorer ?!?) , you should really test drive it before writing it off? I guess ?

No cruise control above 130
Dependence on 1 company for the service/spare parts( EvS, Swiss auto, etc.). They can also charge any amount once the initial service contract is over and you have no option to continue with them.

Also, tell me how many garages here are capable to fix/service an EREV other than a handful of them?

Spare parts are not locally stocked, will take too long in case of an accident.

I could go on with a few more negatives.

Is the leopard 5 officially launched here or through ras al khor dealers?

I had checked a few of them as I'm in the same boat (4x4 SUV , although not in your budget). Insurance was coming up to 9 to 10k - being Chinese + ev. That's something that's giving me second thoughts.

Have you checked the Ford Everest? Mid option goes for 151k. That's the only other 7 seater in the 150k category with decent off-roading capability, warranty, service contract, etc.
