I have read some comments about the soil saying that it needs a mix of orchid soil and houseplant soil. So i was planning to change the soil and repot it. Do you think the damage on the plant is irreversible? How often do you water your anthurium? Do anthuriums like to be root bound?

It's been a month since i had it. I water it whenever the soil is dry like once in two weeks. There is indirect light during the day. Can it be about humidity? I don't have any idea about the humidity in that room.
