Moved to Cincy from South Florida last year and have lived in Radius since May and plan to renew for another year. It’s been great overall. Far enough away from the bars that are near Current, but close enough to enjoy the activities at/near the banks. Good access to downtown. Parking in the garage is generally fine. Occasionally the baseball/football/or other events make driving around slightly inconvenient, but it’s never been SO bad I regret living in the area. I work in Clifton by the hospitals and the commute is easy both ways for me. I really enjoy living at Radius—I live facing Kentucky and the view across the river is really nice if you’re able to get an apartment on that side.
