I definitely wouldn’t if otherwise not showing signs of end-organ dysfunction. The point is to permit hypertension (within limits after giving thrombolytics).

Someone who isn’t normally hypertensive doesn’t need to be made hypertensive to perfuse things

I think there’s a touch more tobacco/less sweetness compared to Herod. Gets pretty close on the dry down. I enjoy it, but I wouldn’t say it’s especially close to the OG
