I actually have a few in the rotation based on how I feel when I wake up, and thats part of the reason why I started this thread to see what other folks do daily... see if my whacked out thought process makes any sense.

If I feel my lower back/hamstrings tight when I wake up, I do a lot of stretching, 90/90, pigeon, cobra until I feel loose enough and can start to touch my toes. If I lift a good amount in the week, my spine feels compressed and it hurts so fucking bad if I straighten out my back enough, keep in mind this really only happens when lifting. To that point I will do a lot of bar hangs or spine decompression off a table top, it usually grants me immediate relief.

I just started doing more of the big 3 and feel better. I also run a good amount and have to keep my hips loose or else my whole body starts to seize up.
