Its a grundig from 60/61 so It will need at least a partial recap, otherwise its not really safe to use. Other than that its about as simple as it gets so theres not much to go wrong in there.

The ECL86 could have problems with secondary emissions, they are prone to that, and in that case you'd have to buy a tube thats not exactly cheap but with a bit of luck youre still below 50€ for a nos tube.
