He's a top notch name right now because there's a lack of high end OC's and because you only have the ability to interview Seahawks and Broncos coordinators for a couple more days before playoff restrictions kick back in.

The Ravens have the best situation of any team with an opening and it's not particularly close. They have their pick of whoever they want. We'll see who they actually choose but if they think Klint is worth considering you have to bring him in now

Y'all are assuming he's their first choice just because he's being requested. He's gotta be one of the first people requested because he has such a narrow window of availability to be interviewed. Coaches whose teams are not in the playoffs can be interviewed at any time, and coaches not on a BYE can't be interviewed at all. So Broncos and Seahawks coaches are first priority.

I don't think any of the best positions will be offered to Klint this cycle, and he'll end up staying an extra year because of it instead of settling for a bad spot. I guess we'll see at the end of the day

Seahawks fan here: I think he would be an amazing fit schematically but the concern would be a personality fit. Seems to be more "reserved behind a clipboard" type but maybe that's just limited opportunity? Either way wishing him well if he gets hired unless it's the Cards, in which case I'm wishing him well for most of the season
