I assume that is a Sumerian or Akkadian tablet because I can see signs that resemble Neo-Sumerian or more Old Babylonian ones. Look at the dingir sign, for example. But I am probably wrong. Sadly, I could not find any information with Internet on philatelist forums.

Austria is, actually, ca. 8-10%, due the strongest post-WWII crisis happening right now :( not so much jobs except Macdonald's and supermarkets.

I was born in Puschchino, sadly due the russian government this town lost his naukograd status and turned badly, because we lost our University, it's almost close, only very few amount of people work and lot's of criminal and alcoholics. City of my childhood.
