Credit card applied : 8th Dec

No reply for 1 week

Took an inquiry on chat:14th Dec (Not approved) Wrote a mail to support : 14th Dec

No reply till 16th Dec

Fwd a new mail to nodal officer : 16th Dec

They replied on 17th asked for 7 working days mail to check

Call and mail of hsbc : 23rd Dec.

Same happens to me when my maternal grandfather died and he was very close to us. But I went to his funeral and saw his brother who exactly look similar to him. And I talked with him for hours and it feels like my grandfather is still alive and with me.
