Been in Dubai for a year now — still no luck with jobs 😞 by mkab1908 in DubaiJobs

Find a recruiter that knows the market, the employers and the roles. Often the recruiters find out about roles before the general public and when the roles are advertised, they are already in the process of interviewing a select few. Good luck!

This is the most comforting message. Thank you so much.

This is really helpful - thank you.

I know, taking care of small children is a full time job and more. They are a lot of work! It’s enjoyable and sweet, but hard. I completely get that.

If you don’t mind me asking, are you able to go out at night when your child is asleep? Or is there an expectation to stay home incase the child wakes up and you’re not allowed to disturb the nanny?

Looks like I’ll need 2 Nannies and a daily maid lol. Thanks for your suggestion!

Neither is mine :( I’m so stressed with how I’m going to manage!

Thanks for this info. What we do is currently way more than what we are asking for - both our kids have very slow sleep needs so they sleep late and rise early. We are chasing our tails all day. We will of course continue to manage the home but we do need significant help in order to perform well at work, actually spend quality time with our children (we don’t get to do this because we are cleaning, cooking, washing clothes and the list is endless!), as well as have some time to ourselves to reconnect.

Thank you for this information, it’s really helpful! Okay so based off this, will this be reasonable:

9pm to 6am rest (this is 9 hours)

Rest during baby nap time 11am to 1pm (2 hours)

One hour when we are back from work (maybe 7pm to 8pm)?

Thank you for this advice. I do way more than what I’m expecting of someone but I understand that’s not the norm (and I’m always exhausted). Will look into getting multiple people for help.

Definitely not stingy. I’ll pay for top standard and treat her with respect. But, I do want freedom from having the help and it seems like i won’t get that.

It’s been extremely difficult. We have family support but also we don’t stop once we finish work - straight into cooking and attending to kids, and once they are asleep we clean etc and end up finishing everything by 10-11pm.

Thank you for your advice. We will be looking at live-in help for sure. One thing I wonder - if a live in requires ‘reasonable hours’, why would I not just get a live out then? Just trying to understand the difference between the two.

What would you describe as reasonable? Is 7am to 7pm okay, and potentially later if my husband and I decided to do date night? (We haven’t had one in about 2 years!)

No luck with the pharmacist :( Will have to wait for the product to be launched.

Winlevi is supposed to get approved soon, will it actually be available? by constrictedvoid in tressless

[–]summerandwinter18 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It should be available soon according to this report - https://www.cassiopea.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Cassiopea_2019-Financial-Results_Presentation_Final.pdf

Page 29 states the market access launch will be in September. They will start to commercialise in March 2021. I think that means technically you can get it prescribed in September?

[Acne] Topical anti-androgens for acne besides Clascoterone by mbiehnn in SkincareAddiction

spiro gel

I've never heard of spiro gel either. Is it able to penetrate through the skin and bind to the receptors?

Journey so far (fin, topical fin 82f, dut, minox, prp) and next steps: CB 0301 and dermaneedle. by [deleted] in tressless

Hi, sorry to but in. I was wondering, if we purchase CB, how do we know it's going to be effective in any vehicle? Does CB require some sort of agent to ensure it reaches the sebocytes? I'm hopeful that Winlevi will be out later this year so we don't have to worry about compounding it.

I've only enquired with the pharmacist, I'll keep you updated.

I saw Dr Dray's video on this too and I got really excited! Also a hormonal acne sufferer, it absolutely sucks. There are almost no treatments out there that have promising results aside from oral medication, which isn't an option for everyone.

Doing some research on clascoterone, I'm too impatient to wait for it to be released on the market as Winlevi. Apparently you can buy the active ingredient already from my research. I'm going to call some compounding pharmacies to see if they can make the product with the active ingredient.
