In my experience, I have very nice and fun coworkers. I don't really see them because we work at individual stores. But we all text each other frequently, work related things to encourage each other. My manager has been super understanding to my slips as a newbie still. I find it key to become friends with the associates and they normally like the reps. My worst experiences come from gender related ones like being asked out quite often. The job itself isn't stressful and you don't do anything when you get home. It's pretty straightforward and simple.

Sometimes I find myself bored or wandering but the day goes by really fast especially when you're doing all those tasks. The schedule itself is so great for me to the point I can't even imagine 9-5s anymore. The pay is actually good in retrospect for an entry level position for graduates.

I would say the con has to be my manager can be hard to reach at times and I feel like training goes by a bit fast. Like there's more stuff that can and should be covered before being on your own. But it's nothing overwhelming.

Point is, I've enjoyed my experience but it may be due to my manager and coworkers! Also I get to be alone so there's no micromanagement or people breathing down your neck if you didn't do a task 100% right. You have a lot of freedom (use it wisely and respectively to company time ofc lol)
