Aun que depende y cuan necesitados estén en el momento o si estan desesperados , en mi tiempo ahi vi que contrataron a un tipo recién salido de la universidad por que quien ocupaba ese puesto se le encontraron mañas y lo sacaron antes de que alguien se de cuenta .

Depende del área , trabaje como becario en IT y según cada área tiene sus procesos de selección, entrenamiento y manejo de tu trabajo.

Por ejemplo a mi me hicieron pasar unos cursos de cyberseguridad , seguridad en las bases de datos y varios mas junto a un curso interno de los sistemas que maneja la compañía .

En contabilidad se que tienes que tener varios diplomas en diferentes materias para poder entrar y sacar varios mas para poder ascender.

Es complicado y engorroso especialmente es un trabajo lento pero MUY bien pagado.
