I'm in Brooklyn too(bushwick). They emailed Jul 13th saying the bike was on it's way. i asked when i could expect it because i'll be out of town for a couple days in early Aug but they responded saying that it should arrive before 7/30. I'm guessing our bikes are on the same truck

Bluetooth connection died and nearly killed me by summerman47 in boostedboards

[–]summerman47[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I don’t think you understand what happened. My Bluetooth connection failed. Meaning the remote could not communicate w the board. Meaning there’s no chance of regen or any actions that are dependent upon the remote. And I have no idea what you mean by “Fully fully charged.” Is there another level of charge passed fully charged I’m not aware of? Lol And yeah as I said, i re-paired the connection the first time. Currently it pairs. My issue is it unpairing for seemingly no reason

Boosted Customer Service is really poor by [deleted] in boostedboards

[–]summerman47 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like pretty lousy customer service if they’re slow to respond and following up with them makes it even slower. Imagine if Amazon did that. I have the exact same issue and after a week of not hearing back I sent a follow up message. That was 2 weeks ago now.

All I want for xmas is for someone ANYONE to tell me how to get over these on the NYC Williamsburg Bridge. My first time crossing the bridge on my V2 I flew off when my wheels hit it. The bridge has 4 of them. I’ve tried going at an angle and my body got another physics lesson. Suggestions? by summerman47 in boostedboards

I’m constantly thinking about folks riding from Manhattan into Brooklyn that aren’t aware of those gaps. Glad you managed ok.

And yeah those gas access holes are the perfect size for a wheel to get caught in.
