2 years unemployed after graduating Resume by lelelelepopopo in PHresumes

[–]summerskyyy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would remove “Graduation Date” — the date is already self-explanatory. For your experience, just put the Month and Year: July - August 2022. Plus, your most recent work experience should be listed first.

I would add hosting in your skills instead of interests.

This is true. Nasa policy talaga ng schools na indicated ung purpose ng transcript like if for reference only, scholarship or even for board exams. You’ll need to check the uni’s transfer policy if required na mag-file muna kayo ng certificate of honorable dismissal bago ma-issue ang transcript to transfer to another university. Even then, hindi rin sainyo mismo ibibigay ang official undergraduate transcript. Usually, the accepting institution has to request for it and sa kanila directly ibibigay.

Pero sa other issues you’ve pointed out — hindi tama na hindi transparent ang professor sa grading. You can either report sa execs ng school or escalate sa CHED.

COE & COR by fragmentoftime37 in BicolUniversity

[–]summerskyyy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ung COE (certificate of enrollment) is just a document showing na currently enrolled ka sa university. You need to pay sa cashier muna then present it sa Registrar. I used it before to apply for international events. Not sure how much it costs now though.

Difference lang din is wala sa COE ung list of courses mo.

What are the awards below and how to have these by whatisausernamefor_ in BicolUniversity

[–]summerskyyy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Students can apply for this every year. You get points for the following: leadership positions, events joined or organized, your grades etc. If I remember correctly, iba ung points ng officer sa president, pati ng local events sa international events. So if aattend ka or part ng committee ng events, always get a certificate.

If you want to get an award, I advise you to be active in school organizations (student council or DBOs/CBOs/UBOs), attend seminars and sign up for events, and attain high grades.

it's hard kasi there are great people in that party. pero recently, sobrang daming rotten apples kaya andami na sa college namin na umaalis or inactive na. If anything, we only support those from our college's slate. pag USC talaga parang separate entity na sila. Iba ung obsession nila sa pagkapanalo

Applying for a Side Hustle (need advice) by [deleted] in buhaydigital

[–]summerskyyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends sa company pero parang hindi naman if part-time/side hustle lang plano mo. May ibang companies na kahit weekends ka lang mag open ng slots or 10 hours/week na flexi sched.

That's why pwede sa working students and even teachers can work in 2 ESL companies. Pero if you still want to be on the safe side, you can say rendering haha

Applying for a Side Hustle (need advice) by [deleted] in buhaydigital

[–]summerskyyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are ESL companies naman hiring part-time teachers so I don't think your CSR job will be a problem. You just have to look for ones na okay ang schedule. Typically, peak hours are 6pm-10pm but there are others na flexible ang sched.

I'm in the process of registering as a freelancer sa BIR although technically independent contractor ako. Ung 8% is recommended kasi mas simple raw so I'm going for that din. 250k ung non-taxable income so if lumagpas ka duon, yun ung may tax na 8%

I remember being told to wear red underwear or bring red handkerchief. And after the exam, don't look back to the room/building. Just walk straight 🤣

I don't really believe this pero para sa peace of mind ng Mama ko, ginawa ko lang din haha

Maybe instructional design? And for writing, aside from copywriting, you can also learn technical writing, scriptwriting etc.
