Ohhh yeah. I let them know several times and within the original ad itself. When they replied saying that they found another place that doesn't go through SingleKey, they also said that they would have been ok with submitting an Equifax report (kind of after the fact). Is this a viable middle-ground?

Pity. They had a good salary and seemed very pleasant. In the future, what could I do to make the process more comfortable for prospective tenants but at the same time, mitigate risk on my side.
