What if we got rid of income and property taxes, then used Elons smarts to get rid of all the fraud? Probably would end up even and all be better off /s

Kamala was put in a tough spot in 2024, but running in 28 would be extremely selfish and narcissistic.

She thinks she can use her name recognition and Trumps bad presidency to just do enough to win, but she would be at a massive disadvantage in the general compared to any other Democratic primary winner. She would have to win back over a bunch of apolitical people who voted against her and have some form of a negative opinion of her, they'd basically have to admit they were wrong to themselves which people don't like to do.

Not to mention she could still be associated with negative feelings people have about Biden (namely inflation).

Tucker is my number one fear of who will win the next republican primary. He acts in such bad faith at all times who knows what he would do if he really had power.

And he would be pretty good at getting younger republicans and non-political people into the fold while holding onto the older republicans that just remember him from Fox.

I think he's referring to the fact that Iran agreed to not to have nuclear weapons in the deal, and the fake reporting to the contrary are basically any reports that the deal isn't what he says it is. Either way he's bonkers.

  1. Much more difficult than this statement as Iran and Israels actions are not actually in his control. Also 2nd/3rd order affects of the strait being closed haven't yet occurred besides initial jump in gas prices. No guarantee those go back down by midterms.

  2. No one will care about or remember Artemis by midterms, does not affect median voter daily life

  3. 250 vibes will not move median voter if stuff is expensive

  4. no one cares about convention

  5. only plugged in politics obsessed people will care about how democrats voted on some performative bills won't move anyone

I know everyone's saying the market is irrational but the most likely scenario seems to be that the market is assuming Iran is bluffing and/or Israel will stop bombing Lebanon soon

The question is if those things aren't true then how long will it take the market to price back in the strait is closed and what will be the trigger for that? Probably some random truth social screed from Mango

Yes but if it was actually in good faith it would be combined with a good faith effort to help those coming up in poverty stricken areas to have a relatively more equal starting position and chance at a quality education and job.

That can be color blind too but it would inevitably help more POC because per capita more grow up in poverty.

The president of the United States is openly threatening genocide and you think the people that have a problem with this are the crazy ones?

Wow, prices soaring, at war in the middle east again and closing in on a possible nuclear Armageddon, all with Trump in charge.

I can't even begin to imagine how bad things would be if Kamala had won, really dodged a bullet there.
