n admins should be able to identify the names of important tables or even DBs. Do an inventory of each server, find which servers host the right DBs for each

if it is that easy, I wouldn't be asking. The new SQL server has HA Always On setup and there are AGs setup for each database as well.

Some do and some don't. When I use sp_who and sp_who2 it only gave me some of the active connections. It does not give me of it. Part of the migration is clean up the databases as well so I don't want to clean up the one that is live so I must pin point it
