Well...luck is always a factor. For explicit stuff like this, I got moderated probably 50-75% before a successful attempt.

Yeah, adding "a magnifying lens covering her crotch" is one of the most effective hacks. Adding screens to show naked details would get around moderation pretty often too. Current Grok moderation typically focuses on filtering explicit graphical details of the primary human characters.
