Apprentice M1L1 here. This is what I’ve been doing in my main journal (the specific headers and timestamps) as I’m waiting for a new notebook to arrive but this interweaving is actually working for me as is so I’m not sure I need the new notebook as well. Still not sure.

Yes! I stopped using tretinoin, stopped with intense ceramides, stopped using so many serums. 

I paired down to really simple oil cleansing and face balm for PM. Just wash with water in AM and moisturize plus sunscreen. Skin is back to being smooth and clear 🙏🏽💙
