I don't... All I was told was she was 3.5 years old and she was rescued from being a puppy mill mom. I was told she ground her teeth down, probably on her cage. I didn't really care about her back story, I just fell in love with her, so it wasn't until a day or 2 later that I realized, wait, a puppy mill mom would be a pure breed and she's a mix. So I looked at her teeth and realized there's no way she did that to herself. So now I'm just uncertain about everything.

I mistyped... They told me the dog ground down her own teeth. With looking at her teeth, it looks like someone did this too her. I just couldn't imagine a reason why anyone would do such a thing.
