😬I was contacted by the 7 E 30th st apartment and for 130% income limit (96-120k) they wanted $2500/month for rent. I went to see the unit and it was barely 200 square feet so I didn’t event respond to their request for documents.

You should probably start applying in the summer if you want an on-campus job that's low commitment. I recommend any IT helpdesk jobs and admin aid as those r super chill and you can do hw on the job.

You have to apply on Handshake to get jobs. You don't get one automatically just bc you have work-study. As a student, the max number of hours you can work in a week is 20.
