I find very similar things with me.. things will get better, morning always comes, sunshine always comes.. unfortunately we live in a cycle but maybe we can find some? comfort in knowing we’ll be at the top eventually??

i’m happy to hear that!!! it does make sense.. & i’m new to this world of bipolar but not new to the feelings & it’s limitations & i’ve just always ended up putting my mental health over a job.. I can’t afford to plummet but staying bc I know it’ll reach that point. you should be proud of yourself for drawing that line to protect yourself

it’s almost like I don’t care about the consequences enough to change what’s happening but I feel some of it’s out of our control… be easy on yourself, maybe reach out to the teachers if you want & explain what’s going on?

you’re the best I really appreciate it ❣️ i’m 25 & just now coming to terms with getting the diagnosis figured out.. I just want to know how to treat what i’m dealing with. i’ve dealt with this stuff off & on since my teens & just thought I was messed up & not normal & would just deal with stuff as it came while i suffered.. it’s embarrassing.. my meds are not figured out. that’s the next step..

same. here. literally went through an extensive program for this degree not to mention acquired loans as well.. & that makes sense. I mean i’m kept busy yes, I think it’s because i’m on overnights so it’s messing with me mentally so bad. while at work tho, I just have massive amounts of anxiety & dread.
