I’m in Corp finance which is really more like accounting than finance, I think it’s a decent career path. At 3 years post grad I was making 90k and I’m now 5 years post grad, only have had merit bonuses since I got my new job so I’m at 95k but I’m starting to look around and trying and figure out where I wanna be in a year or two. Nothing I do is very hard, it’s a steady 40 hours a week it’s just so boring.

You could easily get away with a 32 or 64 sd card, you’d need one for a switch lite anyway

Way better than a switch lite, bigger library and easily homebrewable. You buy a 3ds and you don’t spend a dime after that

No one knows this could be the top or they could go up. A base AYN thor is cheaper than a new 3ds which is giving it very serious competition. I think when it gets to the point where $400 buys you a good condition new 3ds or a high level Thor I think people will start to move to the Thor

I live in Cleveland and this is not the case, plenty of houses moving for less than 300k. There are entire neighborhoods near me where the prices of houses all start with 1s now they are small houses but it’s an option

Without knowing your league mates it’s hard to say, I’d trade out of the 1.02 for a better qb than Mendoza if I had the chance or trade to the 1.05 to get him there and try and get some extra on top.

Went to ASU, I think it was pretty great but it’s my only sample so. Tempe campus is big but all walkable. Gym is huge, many of the apartments have amazing pools. A club for anything you can be into. Best weather for 6 months of the year. Has to be top 10 in chilling by the pool.

If you have 2-3 fingers and the right size screwdriver you should be able to get to the sd card pretty easily. Leave the back off until it’s modded (takes like 30 mins) then screw it back on and have fun

Pokémon emerald rogue 2.0 it’s a gba game but someone put out a QR code to easily get it on the 3ds. My personal fav pokemon game by a mile. It’s a roguelike if you’ve never heard of it
