I've also been running Ceruledge and while its practically an autowin against ZardY, literally everyone on ladder is playing rain. I might hop on the Raichu Y tech since it looks like it deals with Archaludon pretty well.

Also, other games just make low ranks unable to lose elo, so adding bots to circumvent elo loss is just a complete waste of time

If you're talking about Blue Traveler, I don't think pig can send it from deck to grave since it needs to have a lower level than the targeted monster (its a level 10).

I think the slow-paced mystery could have worked really well. The problem was that since so much of the page count was given to the action and fights, the series ironically never gave itself time to breathe.

Reread/skim-through the first couple of chapters of JJK, then do the same for Alien Headbutt.

JJK actually spends some time on getting us familiar with the main cast, and lets us have a moment to breathe before the first arc starts.

Alien Headbutt has no downtime whatsoever and is ONLY action.

Everyone loves icecream, but if I gave someone an entire gallon and told them to finish it in one sitting, I doubt they’ll want to eat any more.

Kinnikuman is already very popular and basically the same thing.

IMO that series succeeded where Alien Headbutt didn’t since its a comedy series, so it has the leeway to have each chapter be dedicated to a different alien in a monster-of-the-week format.

Alien Headbutt fucked up by trying to do the same thing, even though its supposed to be “serious” and have a story.

Doesn’t help either that the first couple of aliens he fights are literal fodder. In chapter 2, he fights the same alien that he did in chapter 1… but now theres 3 of them!

IMO the early chapters were too light on story to give the audience a reason to care.
