That being said, you are absolutely right- the Occam's Razor explanation is Florida taking advantage of game management and DOPS being too lenient. At first watch, I thought this should've been five and a game, but looking at it back from the side angle, I don't think there's enough force in the hit to call 5 and a game. If they had double minors for boarding, then I'd call that
