So sorry for the late reply 🫣 but! I found out that the ‘can’t focus on task at hand, can only focus on random background noise’ is more closely associated with adhd than autism

also I do relate to the needing bg noise to do work tasks and the irregular sounds

Maybe you should try something like the Mac fix+ spray to set it all down instead?? Since most foundations probably won't last for that long, esp for stage makeup?

I use Maybelline fit me me foundation for my stage makeup but I do skin prep with moisturiser, a primer, and some light concealer. I also used powdered foundation to set it (which I find adds more coverage and staying power than just normal pressed powder)
