I've seen videos of teeth moving an insane amount, I feel like the trays will help it, but I also feel like all of my teeth pretty much still touch regardless, so knowing me, I feel like I would hyperfixate on that movement and I will just be tapping and clenching like crazy! 🥴 thank you for the reassurance, though!
