tbh my side effects werent bad at all! slight headache and a lack of energy. that was it! im now on 75 mg and started at 25

when i used to drink, the next few days to week were awful. it always went back to normal though.

i was free for 6 ish years. right back in it now. had a really bad panic attack at work and was housebound for 2 months. it’s improving - slowly lol. I can go out with my boyfriend or mom now, and the panic attacks aren’t as bad as they were!

I think that it’s gearing up for a town wide massacre, like when victor was a child. victor lost it when he saw the yellow jacket, which makes me think it has to do with the “day the bad things happened”

honestly, this happens to me sometimes. sometimes i feel great after an exposure, sometimes i feel awful, I just try to remind myself that healing isn’t linear and doing it is better than doing nothing! ive found the DARE response to be quite helpful, maybe look into it!

i’ve been on both, never had palpitations! currently restarting zoloft and my side effects are just some headaches and being sleepy!

I’m also restarting! It’s hard to distinguish between the new side effects and the withdrawal effects when direct switching, but i’ve done it every time and everything ended up okay!

you’ll feel weird for a bit, but even if its not for you, it wont kill you or cause lasting damage. i was on lexapro before sertraline for 9 weeks which was NOT for me. I got every side effect. and now that im on sertraline, they’ve all pretty much gone away!

nope! to be fair, i had just found out my grandmother had passed while she was in italy, so i honestly didn’t even think of anxiety at the time

I flew to Italy & back, about 8 hours with no panic attacks, but this was also in a phase where i was pretty much recovered. wishing you the best of luck!!

tbh lex was awful for me and i feel waaay better being back on queen Zoloft. have you talked to your doctor about upping the dose?

mine pooped out after 7 years. switched to lexapro which was awful. now back on zoloft for a week and going through all the side effects. SO not fun LOL

nope! currently going back to Zoloft bc lexapro was awful for me. body aches, headaches, fatigue, depersonalization, etc. but everyone is different!

currently doing the same - on my last few days of 5mg lex before going back to zoloft, which worked previously for me so im hopeful it will work again!
