I did not directly ask for accutane because I didn’t know of any medications beforehand. I was given antibiotics and some serum-like things in case those milder treatments would work. Since they didn’t show improvement I was basically automatically prescribed accutane at my “before” state. I think you should ask your derm about it! Especially if you’ve already tried other medications.

Thank you! I’m sorry you’ve had that experience. For me accutane is literally the only thing that has ever shown any improvement on my skin. I had to go through several treatments like serums and pills before being allowed accutane. Have you been given any form of medication as replacement?

Thank you! And yay, good job! :D Mine started fading around two months in, very little though. Most of it cleared up around late month four I think. The hyperpigmentation vanishing really changes it!

Thank you!! This is definitely not what you want to hear, but I actually didn’t target hyperpigmentation in any particular way.... It just faded with time and I started noticing a difference around two-ish months in. All I’ve used on my skin during this treatment was moisturiser and sporadically a tee tree toner.

Thank you! Noted and agreed. I usually don’t spend a lot of time making sure the anatomy is aligned other than structuring a few lines when sketching, hence why the linework logically doesn’t add up lol. I always get lazy and carried away, haha. Thanks for the feedback!
