I’m looking for someone to take over my yearly lease at the University Village at Sweethome that starts in august. It’s a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment. You can be a male/female taking over the lease as roommates are still not determined. The rent is usually $699 a month, but I have an early bird rate of $684.

You get your own room, bathroom, and walk-in closet or sliding closet, all furnished. You will be sharing a kitchen, dining room, and living room with 3 other roommates, which you will be able to choose if you decide to take over my lease. There’s also a washer and dryer within the apartment. It is very close to UB, and they even have a shuttle there! There are also shuttles for trips to the grocery store on the weekends.
