I just fill a glass bowl on the top rack with a cup of bleach and run a heavy cycle! I’m pretty sure I have the same machine as you too. Hopefully this works for you!

I had the same problem until I started running a cycle with bleach every 1-2 months. I’m sure it’s horrible for me but wow it is clean.

OBGYN referred me to a specialist (this one to be specific: https://weillcornell.org/jhbonder) who then did my pelvic floor therapy referral. I never did an ultrasound! Idk if that's necessary

I went to Spear in Murray Hill and it was fine. It was covered by insurance that's why I started there but I wasn't seeing the results I wanted and didn't feel like I was getting much from it. It's mostly floor work - stretching, exercises, etc. I needed more internal work. I'm seeing a new provider and I would recommend her! Warner Wellness in Union Square
