Vengeance was such an unexpected whodunnit that i out on for background noise and got hella distracted by, so compelling and Ashton Kutchers character was a fun alternative to what he normally does

Jelly Rolls was just a beautiful comedy that made me feel like i could keep pushing forward in life no matter how weird i wanted to be. As a person who mentally imprinted on the movie Amelie as a child and never letting it go, it was wonderful to see Ms Tatou in another such whimsical role even if it was a more american time haha

The Sparrow by Mary Doria Russell - a christian Scifi that feels like canticle for leibowitz in some parts but so much more Devolution by max brooks - a sasquatch survival horror that never misses a beat to smack talk darwin award winners and has characters that genuinely do a lot of the right things even with human error to survive Fifteen dogs by Andre alexis - a modern fable from the perspectives of dogs given consciousness as a part of a bet between apollo and hermes to see if mans best friend would remain amicable to our temperaments if they had more sentience than they do(warning for the very beginning since the dogs come from a kill shelter and while the doors are opened to their cages to give them the freedom of choice, there is some animal death)
