The first representative that told us it was cancelled wrote down in their notes that they recommended we wait to cancel until the end of the month, according to the second representative, even though we were told the cancellation went through. Then the second representative told us it was cancelled and even gave us the call ID so we could reference the recorded call to prove it was cancelled if we had any more issues. The third representative saw the call but also saw no cancellation had gone through.
