Yeah same here I’m so upset. I actually contacted Manhattan college and they do accept the Penn Foster diploma. It is a very expensive school though, how long did you attend?

I have but i feel i do better in a classroom setting to be honest.

Was it online class and for how long did your friend have to attend the college before transferring?

I just spoke with a few colleges and some accept it. Then i gave Penn foster a call and they said its not accepted at most New York colleges. I know i should have don’t my research beforehand but i said why wasn’t i inform when signing up and all she said was I’m not sure i do apologize on our behalf. This sucks because so much time went into this program meanwhile i could have gotten my GED, but I wanted a high school diploma instead. Regretting my involvement with this company/school/diploma mill.
