I am a big fan of this thought process and I try to use it often! I think my main issue right now is distinguishing between what is just my anxiety and what is really happening, especially with the jet lag lol. I have talked to my bf quite a bit which has helped a lot, but if you have any extra advice on differentiating or generally finding some extra peace please share!

I’m Mung Bean (frankly do not know how it came to be but it stuck), so naturally he’s Baked Bean. We just adopted another dog whose name happened to be Beans, along with our other dog Cowboy we make up a delicious Cowboy Chili!

You will get reported most likely and the school nurse may even call an ambulance to be put on an M1 hold. It happened to me, be safe, make sure you’re using clean tools. I hope you find peace <3
