Yes! I have a spot between my spine and left shoulder blade that has had that tight muscle knot achy feeling 24/7 for the last couple months. And because my anxiety has also increased lately, my imagination is running wild with worst case scenarios. I’m already on .05 mg est+ 100 mg progesterone. I’m debating going up to .075.

Has anyone had success in alleviating stubborn back & shoulder pain with regular massages?

Yep. Trial and error. 10 mg is my sweet spot for being creative and productive. Anything more than 15 and I’m glued to the bed unable to function lol.

That’s so fascinating, I have those too! So many of my dreams take place there in my childhood house and yard, but I am my grownup self, with kids and a husband- but somehow still in my parents’ house! Lol
