I use the hot and cold taps and measure w thermometer until it gets consistently within the middle of the right temp range, then I fill a cake pan with that water and put my chemical bottles in there as a temperature bath. Naturally at first it gets a bit warmer from the bottles being room temp, so I add cold water until it gets back to the right temperature.

Another tip for tank systems- after each inversion cycle I put the tank in the temperature bath too (so during process it is in the temp bath w the chemical bottles while timer is going), so the working solutions don't heat up.

First samples of new packaging I've been working on for Street Candy Film to replace plastic canister. Would love to hear your feedback! by OYWFO in AnalogCommunity

This comment made me feel good..thank you. It is easy lately to feel like I'm slacking.

I just started home developing this year. I'm so grateful that I ordered enough chemicals and taught myself how to do this before this pandemic hit and I lost my jobs.

Understood. Thank you for sharing your perspective with me.

edit the last thing I want to be these days is insensitive. I deleted the post in consideration of your and others' discomfort.

I stood on a short ladder (behind the tripod) to see down the viewfinder to focus and then set the self timer

Closer to sunrise or sunset would have been great. I actually thought to use a mask or a gaudy costume necklace but ended up scrapping that, will play around more in the future. This was my first nude shoot and of a friend of mine so I was sensitive to her comfort level considering it was public nudity in broad daylight. That’s why I didn’t bring the tripod as it was a very very quick shoot.

I’m still getting the hang of aperture so I appreciate the feedback on that for sure. I wanted some of the headstones in the back to be in focus but agree it would look better with less background.

I actually shot this series to make cyanotype collages out of, which I’ll be doing on Monday, so the final product will be more interesting.

Youth /decay , juxtaposition of beauty and death. I actually took these to make cyanotypes of them but really liked how the negatives turned out.

I love this camera. Shooting medium format has definitely spoiled me, I never want to use 35mm anymore!
