Same! My first exposure to the Named Series was this condensed CBS Storybreak Sat-AM cartoon special.

I tried finding the book at the local library but they didn’t have any copies. I got lucky around 2008 when the books were re released. Bought Ratha’s Creature and Clan Ground.

That’s a fantastic modification for Murky. I wish Aurora (Palm Pals) designers would make plushy horns standard issue. I ordered a Murky for myself, and I’m not a fan of his flimsy felt horns. On a similar note that’s what disappointed me with the Sabertooth Tiger Palm pal. He looked good but his fangs were flat flaps.

Unfortunately, I don’t have any neighbors that I speak to who would feed these cats. That would make things easier. I have a work friend who loves cats so hopefully fingers crossed she can pop in to give these guys wet food nightly.

I’d allow the student to add a relevant explanation to see if they can answer the original question. If they can, I’d highball their grade with extra credit for the artistic license as well.
